Hey, I'm Courtney.

Therapist. Certified EMDR specialist. IFS explorer. Somatic nerd. And someone who genuinely believes that the parts of you that have been pushed down, hidden away, or told they were too much are actually the most important parts of all, because I know that healing them changes everything.

I work with big-hearted, high-functioning adults who are tired of holding it all together. The ones who look like they have it figured out from the outside but know something deeper needs to shift. The ones who have tried the weekly therapy, read the books, done the work, and are ready for something that actually moves the needle in a real, felt, lasting way.

My approach is part science, part soul. We go deep, we get curious, and we don't pretend life isn't complicated. I bring the clinical precision of a certified EMDR provider, and I bring it wrapped in a genuine, no-BS, occasionally irreverent humanity. We might laugh. We might swear. We will absolutely celebrate every tiny spark of transformation along the way.

I specialize in helping people untangle trauma, quiet their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, and find their way back to the joy, fire, and weird magic they've always carried inside but have stopped trusting.

I'm based in Fishers, Indiana, and offer EMDR & IFS intensives, which are immersive, extended sessions designed to create the kind of profound, lasting change that traditional weekly therapy rarely has the time or space to reach.

When I'm not in session, you'll find me cooking something unnecessarily complicated, wandering through tabletop games, or spelunking into the shadow places of my own psyche to rescue forgotten inner children and wayward warrior parts.
